By Becoming a Sustaining Member you can ensure that: Work year round to identify Democrats and keep the base vitalized. Spread our message of positive alternatives. Works every day to ensure party support at all levels. Ensure an open and functioning local party office capable of serving Pct. Chairs and the influx of new voters. Inform you of all Democratic functions and meetings. Keep volunteers actively engaged in community and represent issues important to the Democratic platform  JCDP represents all local Democrats to the press and public. It maintains a database of Democratic voters and activists. It runs the primary and run-off elections and is responsible for GOTV in Nov. — a huge undertaking. It encourages and assists our Democratic candidates for office. It disseminates information to our voters and encourages grassroots activities.
